My name is Anne Clement and I am so excited to join the EEC this year! I love children and I am so happy to be back in the classroom. I graduated from St. Paul’s in 1997. I then attended Ole Miss where I received a Bachelors in Special Education and then continued at Ole Miss to receive my Masters in Special Education. After graduation, I returned back to Mobile and was offered a job in the Mobile Public School System teaching seventh and eighth graders with learning disabilities. In May 2003, on the last day of my first year of teaching, I got engaged to Tommy Clement and then married in December 2003. Tommy played golf and I taught school! We had our first child named Emme (11) and nineteen months later we had our second child named Bond (10) which happened to be born on my birthday! After having Bond, I was lucky to have the opportunity to stay at home with my children. Two years later we had Thompson (8) and then 5 years later had our sweet little caboose named Maryellen (3). These four definitely keep things wild and crazy around here!
I am thrilled to be joining the EEC team! What a wonderful place to go to work every day and have my children near me at St. Paul’s And the icing on the cake is to have Maryellen right across the hall from me at the EEC- I couldn’t have asked for anything better!!
